Anime and Manga stories VS Reality

It’s reality check, bitches! Let’s all stop suffering delusion by not getting false hopes about things from the very start. A quick guide about what anime and mangas tell you about life and it’s absolutely false! I’ll start with a couple and then if some more will come in my mind, I’ll make a II reprise XD

If you’re a loser, you’ll just lose to a rich, wonderful man, or attract a girl that meets your standards. That’s life, no epic wins, so don’t waste 3 years of your life with a woman who could have everyone she wants, but clearly doesn’t want anyone, least of all you.
IF SOMEONE DOESN’T LOVE YOU, HE/SHE WILL CHANGE HIS/HER MIND SOMEDAY. False. If someone doesn’t love you, he/she doesn’t love you.
IF YOU HELP SOMEONE GETTING WITH SOMEBODY ELSE, YOU’LL WIN HIS/HER HEART (Toradora, Video Girl Ai, lots of other stories). False. If you help someone getting with somebody else, he/she will still like that somebody else or whoever else but you, and you’ll get friendzoned.
IF YOU RETREAT CRYING SECRETLY FROM A TRIANGLE, HE WILL CHASE YOU/WAIT FOR YOU AND EVERYTHING WILL BE JUST FINE. (Orange Road) False. He’ll just notice you retreated, think you’re no longer intrested, and stay with the most comfortable choice.
YOU WILL ALWAYS HAVE A LOT OF FRIENDS WITH HUGE VILLAS ON THE BEACH THEIR PARENTS NEVER USE. Forget it, completely.
YOU’LL MOST LIKELY END UP DATING THE FIRST PERSON YOU’LL GET ALONG OR FIGHT WITH AT SCHOOL. Unlikely.
THE MOST CLOSED UP AND STUBBORN MAN IN THE CITY WILL SUDDENTLY OPEN UP TO YOU AND GET CUDDLY AND LOVELY FOR NO REASON AT ALL ‘CAUSE YOU’RE SPECIAL. It’s *never* that simple with that kind of people. They (we?) tend to be cold and unreadable anyway, unless you’ll really do a lot to gain their trust. It won’t just happen ‘cause you’re so great you snap your fingers and they fall at your feet in a week, telling you they love you. If it happens, they’re probably posers.
THERE WILL ALWAYS BE A RIVAL THAT MAKES SOMEONE REALIZE HE/SHE IS JEALOUS! Hell yeah everybody is so loved in this world you will end up having at least 3 people to choose from. And the one you fancy will automatically care xD
IF YOUR FRIENDS TELL YOU YOU’RE MEANT TO BE WITH A PERSON, THEY’RE USUALLY RIGHT, YOU’LL END UP WITH THAT PERSON. Haahah they’re almost always wrong, and just randomly trying to cheer for you.
IF YOU LIKE THE SAME PERSON A FRIEND LIKES, THAT FRIEND WILL POLITELY RETREAT AND LET YOU HAVE HIM/HER, AND CHERISH YOUR FRIENDSHIP INSTEAD. Never happens. They will secretly cry, hate you, and plan revenge/hope the other person will openly choose them/start some subtle competition. If they really like somebody, they won’t give up, no matter what.
WHEN YOU DRESS ELEGANT, YOU’LL ALWAYS MAKE THE PERSON YOU LIKE THINK YOU LOOK WONDERFUL. Never clumsy and hilarious, or the dress won’t suit you at all, never out of time… Ooooh, unlikely.
THE ROCKSTAR/SUPERMODEL/SUPERSTAR PERSON WILL CHOOSE YOU, REGULAR PERSON WHO IS NOT FROM THEIR WORLD. Unlikely, and very rare… they could never even meet you that way. Expecially if you’re a fan.
THE CHANCES THE PERSON YOU FANCY WILL HAVE A HOUSE NEAR YOU ARE 90%. IN THAT 90% a good 30% IS THAT THEY LIVE RIGHT NEXT TO YOUR DOOR/WINDOW. Ahahahahahahahaahahahahahahahahahaha!!! *dies laughing histerically* Not gonna happen!
EVERYONE CAN COOK GREAT MEALS ASIDE GIRLS THAT ARE MEANT TO LOOK CUTE FOR BEING CLUMSY/TOMBOYISH. No, cooking is definitely not that easy and diffuse.
IT’S PERFECTLY OK AND ININFLUENT IF YOU TAKE A TRIP OF 1, 2, 3 YEARS TO GO AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR BUSINNESS, YOUR LOVER WILL WAIT FOR YOU ANYWAY, EVEN IF HE WON’T SEE YOU, NOT EVEN ONCE. NO DISTRACTION, NO SADNESS, ONLY THE NEVERENDING ROMANTIC DREAM OF YOU. Lol, that’s really unlikely.
